HVAC Components and Customer Service Among Topics Discussed During NADCA’s Recent Technical Seminars
Earn SIX CECs at NADCA’s Technical Seminars! You and Your Employees will be Trained on HVAC System Cleaning, Customer Service and Much More NADCA’s technical seminars are designed for industry newcomers and HVAC system cleaning professionals who wish to learn the fundamentals of the profession.
The seminars include classes on HVAC system cleaning and customer relations, and attendees also have the chance to participate in hands-on training. The seminars provided real world, practical training for technicians, and cover issues faced every day on the job.
Attendees can earn six continuing education credits (CECs) while learning the techniques that lead to better quality work and improved performance in the field. During the technical seminars, attendees are given a tour of the hotels’ HVAC systems, which provides an up-close encounter with the building’s mechanical systems. These tours provided a practical application of the lessons learned throughout the technical seminars.
