Shipping:
Please allow 2 weeks for processing. For orders totaling $50 or less, shipping is $5. For orders more than $50, shipping cost is 15% of the total order. Express mail orders are shipped by FedEx 2-day, once the order has been processed.

Returns/Refund:
National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) does not issue returns except in extreme circumstances. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 30 days from the product ship date.

Any returns must be authorized by NADCA’s Executive Director. In the event a return is approved, the return will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee. Please allow up to 30 days to process approved refunds. Refunds are processed to the same credit card used for payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests submitted to NADCA in writing, in advance of the cancellation cut-off date, will be honored. Such cancellations will be subject to the administrative processing fee published on the registration form, or on the Web site (for electronic registration). Where no cancellation fee is published, such cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of $50.

Cancellation requests that are not submitted in writing, or submitted after the cancellation cut-off date, will not be honored under any circumstances.

Membership Dues Cancellation Policy:
Membership dues are non-refundable. The membership application fee is non-refundable. All payments for membership dues are final.
