POLICIES FOR THE USE OF THE "NADCA" LOGO BY SUPPLEMENTAL CERTIFIED MEMBERS

As a Supplemental Certified Member, you have the right to use the "NADCA" logo in your company's marketing materials. The logo may be applied to letterhead, business cards, advertisements and flyers.

You may wish to include a line of text beneath the logo to explain its meaning. Acceptable notations about certification and your company are: "NADCA Member" and "Project Management by NADCA Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist."

Examples of unacceptable notations about certification and your company are: "Certified"; "NADCA Approved"; and, "Accredited Member."

. For any particular advertisement or promotion, the logo may not be larger than fifteen percent (15%) of the total size of the company's advertisement.
. Use of the logo to create NADCA letterhead or imply official NADCA correspondence is strictly prohibited.
. Use of the logo by non-member companies is strictly prohibited.
. If the company's sole ASCS terminates employment, does not renew certification, or has his/her certification revoked, the company must immediately cease using any and all materials containing the NADCA logo.
