POLICIES FOR THE USE OF THE “NADCA” LOGO BY AFFILIATE MEMBERS

The following NADCA policies apply to all individuals that have been accepted into NADCA Affiliate Membership.

As an Affiliate Member in good standing, you have the right to use the “NADCA” logo in your marketing materials to show your affiliation with NADCA. The logo may be applied to letterhead, business cards, advertisements and flyers.

The logo cannot be used to suggest endorsement by NADCA. It cannot be used to suggest an endorsement of HVAC system cleaning services or for the sale of products and services for the industry.

You may wish to include a line of text beneath the logo to explain its meaning. Acceptable notations about certification and your membership with NADCA are: “NADCA Affiliate Member in Good Standing” and “NADCA Affiliate Member”

Examples of unacceptable notations about certification and you or your company include: “NADCA Certified Equipment”; “NADCA Affiliate Member Company”, “NADCA Certified Member Company” and “NADCA Approved”.

Use of the logo to create NADCA letterhead or suggest official NADCA correspondence is strictly prohibited.
In any particular advertisement or promotion, the logo may not be larger than fifteen (15%) of the total size of a company’s advertisement.
Use of the NADCA logo by non-member individuals or companies is strictly prohibited.
If your membership is terminated or not renewed, you must immediately cease using any and all materials containing the NADCA logo.
