ASCS ID cards
If your ASCS certification has been renewed for the 2010-2011 year, please be informed that NADCA will be issuing Certified ASCS Photo ID Cards during Summer 2010. We want to make sure every ASCS certified individual has a photo ID card, but NADCA needs your help to reach this goal.

To ensure that ASCS IDs are processed in a timely manner, please e-mail a photo of yourself to info@nadca.com by JULY 20, 2010. You will still receive an ID card if you fail to send a photo, but it will have a blank box where the picture should be. The ID card will look more professional if a photo is included.

Please adhere to the following directions by JULY 20, 2010 to have your photo included on your ASCS ID card:
E-mail a digital headshot of yourself, with your name/company included in the message.
The photo should be a jpeg, at least 300 dpi. Attach the photo to your e-mail message, do not insert or embed it.
We emphasize that the photo should be a headshot - no more than your head and shoulders in the picture, please.
Send photos to info@nadca.com.
Do not send any photos through the regular mail, as we are only accepting them electronically.
Approximately 200 ASCS certified individuals had their photos taken during the 2009 Annual Meeting & Exposition. If you are one of these 200 individuals, no further action is needed from you. We have your photo and will be processing it along with your ASCS ID card.

Please contact NADCA Headquarters with any questions you have about the ASCS ID cards.
