What is the cost of Regular Membership?
Regular Membership dues are charged on an annual basis at the cost of $825.00 per year. Dues are payable by July 1, of every year. When a company first joins NADCA, dues for the first full year (July 1 through the following June 30) are prorated based upon when membership began. Companies which have not fulfilled their membership requirements in 12 months from the time of application will forfeit their application fees and dues.

What is required to become a Regular Member?
Regular membership companies must have at least one full-time Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) on staff, at least $500,000 in general liability insurance, and if required by state law, proof of licensure for HVAC cleaning and/or cutting access holes in an HVAC system.

Do I need to be certified to become a Regular member?
Each Regular Member company must have at least one full-time Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certified technician on staff.

Where can I take the ASCS certification exam?
There are three options for taking the ASCS certification examination:

  1. Prep. class and examination are offered at all of NADCA’s Seminars and the Annual Meeting.

Is a license required to be a Regular member?
Yes, some states do require a license for either HVAC cleaning or cutting access holes in an HVAC system. States requiring special licenses are:

Can I use NADCA’s logo in my advertising?
NADCA Regular member companies who fulfill all requirements of membership have the right to use the NADCA logo in advertising and promotional materials. Click here to download the rules and regulations regarding proper use of the NADCA logo

If I have a pending membership application, how long do I have to meet the requirements for Regular Membership?
Regular Membership requirements must be met within one year of application submission. Companies which have not fulfilled their membership requirements in 12 months from the time of application will forfeit their application fees and dues.

Are International members required to have certified staff as well as meet the insurance requirements?
Yes, International Members are required to have certified staff.
